Use the I Don't Fit In Hypnosis Script to guide your clients to feel more comfortable and confident socially

Help your clients recognize points of connection with others and empower them to build relationships with the people they resonate with

Many of us have, at times, felt that we just don't quite fit in with the people around us. For whatever reason, it's as if we just don't 'click' with the people we share our lives with. And it can be a very lonely and isolating experience.

The I Don't Fit In Hypnosis Script from The Script Collection was put together to help clients recognize and tune in to the ways they are connected with others, but also to spend more time with the people they really click with.

The pre-talk describes some of the thoughts that this sense of not fitting in can bring to the surface, but assures the client that it is possible to become better at 'fitting in' - finding the points of connection with those around them, working to get to know them better, and developing a genuine, active interest in their lives. The example of a TV travelogue presenter is used to prove that it is possible to connect with others even when they come from wildly different backgrounds.

As the induction begins, the client is encouraged to pay attention to and become immersed in the sound of the words. They are primed to enter a state of trance through a description of the dream state and the subconscious changes that are possible while the brain is in this deeply relaxed state.

The mind is likened to a clear mountain stream, with thoughts simply floating past like leaves, and the client is guided to fully embody that analogy by imagining themselves in the mountains beside that stream, feeling the calm clarity bestowed by the fresh mountain air and natural, organic sights and sounds.

Now the client is guided to notice and experience the different sensations that are elicited by this sense of calm and rest, contrasting the heaviness of the body to the general "floating lightness" of the self, allowing them to observe themselves in this deeply relaxed state and then, when they're ready, to merge with that self and feel the relaxation deepen even further.

It's here that the trancework begins, as the client is asked to become open to the idea that we are all simultaneously unique and ordinary, and that we can embrace these shared aspects of our identity that connect us as humans, across every culture and generation.

The client is encouraged to be curious and interested about what they may share with others, to discover what they are passionate about, and to find points of connection that may be buried a little further beneath the surface. Embedded commands take this idea even deeper, exploring and ingraining ways we can find this shared ground.

Now attention is drawn to that feeling of really getting to know someone, helping the client become attuned to their inner compass that tells them when there is a more special or rewarding connection with someone. The client is encouraged to listen and stay true to that compass, so that they can consciously choose to spend more time with the people they click with.

Future pacing then allows the client to experience what it will be like when they have changed their approach in this way and are spending more time in situations where they feel they naturally fit in.

Finally, the script returns to the concept of humans as both unique and ordinary, and reassures the client that it's okay if they don't always find that sense of connection with everyone, and that they can treasure those unique parts of them that aren't always readily understood.

Likewise, they can embrace the ordinary nature of their lives as a universal commonality that can be found and shared with others. Embedded commands reinforce these ideas, creating a strong subconscious framework for this new approach.
